Q: What if I have a problem with my order?
A: At Jubs Aquatics we always do our best to ensure your experience is satisfactory, accurate and received in a timely manner! If you have any problems, questions, or concerns please email us using the Contact Us link and send us an email and we will be sure to work out the problems or answer any questions/concerns you may have.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping will be included in the price of the product for orders over $20 there is no hidden fees for U.S. customers. The price you see is the price you pay! For orders under $20 there will be at flat shipping rate of $9.00, if your order is under 1 pound then shipping will be $6.00 or less depending on shipping method. Q:Why should I purchase foods from Jubs Aquatics?
A: At Jubs Aquatics I strive to always ensure the best experience for my customers! Anyone that knows me knows how I am about quality of aquarium foods that my fish consume, with that said I wouldn't put my name on it or use it with my own fish, if I didn't feel the foods were quality products with quality ingredients! There is a number of people selling bulk foods out there but not all of them are selling quality foods with quality ingredients, our foods are made in America with only American products!
I take a lot of pride in my fish and am very skeptical when it comes quality with pre-made foods I use with my fish and inverts and wouldn't use these products myself if I didn't feel they were high quality! My foods come packaged in vacuum sealed bags that are weighted and packaged the same day as the food comes in.This is done to ensure that you, the customer, is getting the freshest possible product! We offer a large selection of sizes and custom mixes to ensure everyone from the single fish owner to the breeder can find something right for them!

A: Currently we accept payments via Paypal, including all major credit cards through Paypal and U.S. Postal Service Money Orders. If you have questions about payments please email us using Contact Us and we will answer any of your questions.
